I'm a professional journalist, editor and copywriter covering the IT and telecoms industry, in addition to general business and marketing subjects. I have 21 years' experience of covering the technology industry, gained initially under the name of Sue Norris and in more recent years as Sue Tabbitt.

I cover most subjects within the field of IT and telecoms - from cloud computing to the agile enterprise - typically for a CxO/business audience. This includes commentary on vertical market applications of technology, eg in financial services, retail, government and healthcare.

Before going freelance in 2001, I was managing editor of The VAR magazine (subsequently rebranded as Channel 200x magazine) at Dennis Publishing, then Reed Business Information.

As a freelance IT journalist, I write or have written for The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, CIO Connect magazine, Global Telecoms Business, B2B Marketing magazine, Computer Weekly, MicroScope and a range of other specialist publications.
